Every Oh Darling! piece is made just for you through pre-order. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We Check Every Order
Before your order ships, we check every piece to make sure it's perfect and ready for you.

Please check the size chart, product details, and photos before you order. Have a question about sizing? Reach out through our Contact page before purchasing and we'll help you find your fit.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, your order goes into production and can't be changed or canceled.
Wrong Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you made a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order will ship to the address you entered. Orders sent to a wrong address entered by the customer will not be refunded or resent.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact UPS directly with your tracking number for help.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll review it and make it right.
